Tiago is also a successful sales professional with an impressive proven track record in sales. Tiago graduated in international business management from Solent University and since then in 2009 he founded Waves & Winds, LTD, in Portugal and developed a bespoke GTM strategy focusing on vacation rentals, embedded a high-velocity sales culture company-wide as VP of Sales & Marketing. Moreover, Tiago also helped major Global players, such as TripAdvisor, Softomotive (Microsoft acquired), NTT, and Cisco Systems grow through sales.​ In 2020 Tiago joined The EBRD Star Venture programme as a business mentor , since then he has been helping Start-Ups,  accelerate and unleash their full potential. Above all, Tiago is a people’s person, he loves meeting new people, building and maintaining relationships, sharing experiences and empowering every person or organisation around him to achieve more.
